What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Orders shipping within Colombo/Gampaha:

Orders shipping outside Colombo:

How Do I Track My Order?

  • If Pickme Flash delivery option is chosen you will get a live tracking when the parcel is handed over to the delivery
  • If Koombiyo delivery option is chosen you can track your order via https://koombiyodelivery.lk/ website.
  • If City Transport Services (Lorries) delivery option is chosen you will receive the contact number of the transport service.

What is Elecshop's order cancellation policy?

Elecshop’s cancellation policy states that you can cancel your order from your Elecshop account before the order is dispatched out from Elecshop’s warehouse.

What should I do if my order was damaged during transport?

If you received an order that was damaged during transport you can request a replacement or refund online.

How do I return an item that was purchased from Elecshop?

A product can be returned if it is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery together with a valid receipt. It is required to file a return request on the website within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns must comply with our return policy.

Is order pickup available with Elecshop?

Yes. Order Pickup allows you to order items on Elecshop.lk and pick them up for free at our local store.

What happens if I don't pick up my drive up or order pickup order?

Order Pickup orders are held for seven days. If your order isn’t picked up within seven days, we’ll cancel the order and issue a refund to your original form of payment,

I believe someone has logged in to my account and placed the order, what should I do?

It is highly advisable to not share your Login Credentials with anyone. If you feel that someone has logged into your account and placed the order, please reach out to us via live chat between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Are there any hidden charges if I order from Elecshop or do I have to pay any duties or taxes upon delivery of my order?

No, there are no hidden charges when you order from Elecshop. All costs are 100% visible at the end of the checkout process and you are not expected to pay any additional charges.
